THEMES OF BLOG ASSIGNMENT

1.Marketing from my viewpoint:

Marketing is the process of planning and executing the price, promotion.
Marketing from my viewpoint are
Marketing is a business-wide function and wants of customers.
Marketing is about understanding customers and finding ways to provide products or
services which we demand.Marketing helps me and everyone l know it a lot of ways all the little changes in the market fascinates me all the time, and its very intersting how fast these changes happen.
Marketing doesn’t really embarrass me, because l don’t really take seriously because the
price change everytime and we can’t do anything about it.
Without marketing it is difficult to manage the market, fixed the price and value of goods.

2.Marketing environment:

Mirco
The business: H&M
Suppliers: 700 independent suppliers, in Asia and Europe
Marketing intermediaries: Non they are their product directly to retailors.
Competitors: Zara, Gp, Abercrombie&Fitch
Buyers: Are most imprtant person for running the business.
Macro
Legal:The need to obey the law at all time.
Economic: The responsibibility to be profitable
Competition: very high

3.As customer:

I, as a customer pretty much follow my own preferances, if something catch my eyes from there then, l will go to the shop.In terms of their products, qualities, price and style.If l don’t know which product is better for me.l won’t buy
Because l don’t want to waste my money on the things which l don’t want.

4.Targeting strategy

In this case lets use clothing l think that l fall in the women fashion then nowadays almost all clothing ads on Tv and in Magazine are aimed at age grounp because we are the clothing companies most valued consumers we spend the most on looking good right. There is lots of different product segments that are tailored to different age groups, for instance baby clothing, kids clothing, young professionals and the conservative elderly. Each of these segments have their own targeting
strategy and advertising aimed at each individual group respectively.

Features: There is different kind of features
Quality: Very durable and tough fabric that lasts for years.
Design: There are numerous different styles.
Packaging: Simple and modern
Augmented product
Warranty: If there is some problem in the product u can return it under 14 days.
Personnel: All the stores have young friendly staff that can help with product problem.
Delivery: L.O.G.G can be bought on the internet and delivered to your home.

6. I was hit

H&M operates in 25 countries
H&M was established in Sweden in 1947.
Today H&M sells clothiers and cosmetics in more than 1300 stores in 27 countries
The company said it will team up with Madonna to m create a new range of clothing and accessories
The one off collection, called M by Madonna will hit H&M*s 1300 store on 24 countries in March, 2007, H&M‘s fashion year consists of two main season spring/summer and Autumn/Winter.
H&M always tries to surprise customers with something new many customers also choose to shop online at H&M online store.

7. At any cost

The price of L.O.G.G products are quite reasonable maybe between 20-30 Euros and their pricing decisions are usually customer base they can keep the prices low and can sell more and that can affected their competitors.

8. Nicely available

Their clothiers are available in H&M so in 27 countries in the world where u can find H&M.
I buy my clothiers in Forum, Itäkeskus and sometimes in Jumbo.
The internal-accessibility: In these shops the internal distribution is clear and easy to see.
The external accessibility: Location ( in forum , Itäkeskus and many others places in Finland.

9. People as a competitive tool

H&M has lots of competitors such as Zara, Gap, and Abercrombie &Fitch.

10. Relationship

As a customer the company workers are always nice to me.
And never been involved in any CRM program.
